missing seller incentive credit
hello i recently just signed up as a new seller, i originally signed up as a professional account but switched to individual since i wasnt sure when i could start. but i just switched back to professional account ( this is all within about 1.5 months) i was told by support that if i switched back to the professional account that i would get my seller incentive shipping credits.
it is trying to charge me $10 to ship a little box so im not sure what im doing wrong. Support isnt very helpful as they arent doing anything and just keep telling me theyre searching the issue and thats it. its getting really frustrating. i just want the credits so i can start ifguring this out and get my first box shipped free since im sitll new to this
