OTP Error Message
I have an assistant who does majority of our data entry for the account who is added to our account through user permissions. She is having trouble getting into her account and it has been this way for about a week. She keeps getting a message when requesting an OTP through text that says "There was a problem. You've requested too many OTP's today. You can request a new OTP in 24 hours."
We have tried waiting, tried using different browsers, incognito mode on chrome, deleting browsing history/cookies/etc. and nothing is working. How do I fix this?
