Learn How to Receive and Process Orders in the Amazon store

We had a recent learning series posted in our broader Seller Forums last week and wanted to make sure that we highlighted that here for all of you in our New Seller Community.
This thread was posted earlier this week on 3/22/23 and some of you may have already had the opportunity to read it. If you follow the link you will learn about managing, fulfilling and handling returns of orders in the Amazon store. Some of what you will learn will include:
- Learn about your two fulfillment options – Fulfillment by Amazon and Seller-Fulfilled Shipping
- The order process – how orders start in a “Pending” status and move to “Unshipped” before entering the “Fulfillment” stage
- The return process for each of the two fulfillment types including utilizing the “Manage Returns” page to handle any returns for non-FBA products as well as returns and customer service are handled by Amazon for FBA orders
- Some great tips such as how to set up alerts when you receive and order and managing those alerts in Seller Central under “Notification Preferences”
