Looking for help with an FBA Shipment Lost Inbound Inventory

We had an FBA shipment FBA17JG5SWJP that we shipped in on 11/15/2023. We shipped 100 units of a single SKU in one box.

The box had an individual tracking number: 1ZR81R600314859893

Amazon received the box at SWF2. The box weighed 7 lbs which is the correct weight for the 100 units. Amazon reported back 0 units received and no other inventory in the box.

I've submitted ~10 tickets trying to get someone to look into it but we get stuck in an endless cycle of support asking me for documentation on inventory from our original factory which we provide and they reject, etc.

How can I get someone at Amazon to just look into what happened to the inventory inside this box?

Hey @Seller_HO8n8xOwDwsoa, thanks for posting!

I wrote a post on what to do if you have a lost or delayed FBA Shipment that may help you out here. Give that a read and then open a new case with Seller Support (or reopen a closed case) and attach the proof of ownership and proof of delivery.

Proof of inventory ownership must include the following:

  • Date of purchase/packing
  • Product names of the missing items
  • Quantity matching that of the missing items
  • Full name and address of the invoice issuer and of the purchaser

If you are the manufacturer, a signed packing slip with the shipment or purchase order ID can take the place of an invoice.

Proof of delivery, which, for LTL or FTL shipments, will be the bill of lading showing:

  • Number of boxes in the shipment
  • Total weight when picked up by the carrier
  • Amazon stamp confirming the shipment was received and signed for at the fulfillment center

Let me know if you have questions!
