amazon take money from my credit card for mexico

amazon take mexico account fee from ny credit card. but closed mexcio account. ı pay money but , I see proplem charge method. so I cant enter de mu mexico account. ı open case customer service , waiting 3 days. does anyone have some proplem?

This week I got the same issue. Our credit card on file with Amazon got charged with a small fee of $1.16 for Amazon Mexico. It's a small fee now, but I'm concerned that it is a scam. I have never listed in Mexico and still do not want to.

I reached out to Amazon Seller Support, and of course, they don't listen and keep telling me that my Amazon account is not charged. I keep responding that the charge is NOT on our Amazon account, but on our Credit Card we have on file with Amazon. I even provided Seller Support some of the forum threads of this issue.

So many sellers impacted by this, why isn't Amazon doing or saying something to rectify this issue?

My case ID is 14654596631. Can I get help from Amazon Mod, please?
