We’re encountering an issue with one of our products on Amazon. Our ASIN (B0DFQMBDCX) was recently made inactive due to a "Violation of the policy on restricted products." We’re confused because, to our knowledge, the product complies with all the relevant requirements for beauty products.
It doesn’t contain any ingredients.
We don’t make any claims in the listing.
The packaging is compliant, including text in both English and French.
Despite this, we’re locked out from being able to sell, even though similar products are actively being sold on Amazon.
Has anyone else faced this issue or know how we can resolve it? Any advice on appealing this decision would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
