Charging my card every month

I don't understand why amazon keeps charging my card even after I switched from professional to personal account. I even went further to delete all my listings on all my stores.

when i tried to create a case i was told that i can not close my account because i still have listing some where. I have checked and i have no active listing anywhere.

Please is anyone here having same issues ?

Did you use FBA ?

And how long ago did you switch from Prossional to Individual ?
