I have all the documents and I successfully passed the product authenticity interview, but it does not give me my balance and I cannot open my account.
Dear Amazon Team,
I read that the documents I submitted were not accepted due to contradictions in some areas. However, all these documents are interconnected and provide clear evidence of where I purchased the product.
The documents include proof of purchase, my credit card statement (registered in my name), details of the intermediary company, UPS shipping records, and all necessary information. I also provided proof that the company I purchased from ceased operations on January 1, 2024, as stated on their official Instagram account, along with relevant screenshots.
Additionally, UPS’s delivery confirmation policy states that they can only provide proof for shipments within the last 120 days. However, I have already submitted screenshots confirming that the products were delivered to you, proving that you received them in full. Furthermore, the supplier I purchased from is both the brand owner and an authorized seller, and I have provided supporting documents for this as well.
Moreover, when I submitted the invoices for the products, you requested invoices from the last 365 days. However, I purchased these products in October 2023, so it is natural that more than a year has passed since the purchase. Additionally, it is normal for the products to appear under a different name in the country where I purchased them. My supplier has personally informed me that they are the brand owner.
I kindly request that all the evidence I have provided be carefully re-examined and that this matter be escalated to higher authorities for further review.
Best regards,

You did not pass any interview if your account is not active. Bottom line would be the question-what were you selling? Was it a nationally branded product? You should have all documentation readily available for when it is asked for (whether that is within a few months or years).
