'Credit Card Invalid'

Hi All,

I’ve been using my WISE business card successfully all year as my charge method and then all of a sudden I can’t access my account and I’m getting a ‘credit card invalid’ error on my account. I re-tried this card multiple times with all details and addresses between SC and the card matching but the issue wasn’t fixed. I have since tried two different cards and each time I get the same error. I have raised with multiple seller support staff and have been told numerous times that it is being escalated but I am getting no solution. My account has been down for over two weeks and I am in desperate need of some help to resolve this issue. Any help would be much appreciated!

Are all the cards you are trying actual CREDIT cards, and not DEBIT?

Amazon wants credit cards; sometimes debit will work, but this can depend on the bank. If your bank has recently updated their computer system, they may now be properly reporting a debit card as "debit", rather than the older flag which was not specific. That might be why your card stopped working.

If you are using true Credit cards, I'm afraid I have nothing else to offer.

In taking a quick look into your account from what I can see on my end, it appears that you have a valid charge method setup and I don't see any errors showing invalid from what I can see.

Hopefully this is now all squared away for you but please let me know if that is not the case.
