Product deindexed and no longer appears in search results
My product does not appear in the following scenarios
1) If searched by brand name, the product doesn't appear on search results except as the sponsored product.
2) The keywords that were indexed earlier aren't indexed anymore. So, if I search with my keywords, my product doesn't appear on any search results pages.
Customer support doesn't have a clue.
Does anyone else have this issue? Kindly help.

This had happened to me last year, i had just created a mail to jeff bezos, mentioning all the details and case id, they took some time but reverted back with a positive responce and within 3-4 days my listing was indexed again
