Error 5461 - the url doesn't exist
Hello everyone,
have a problem of Error: 5461 when I have my own registered Brand. I would like to upload a new product with my Brand, then faced the Error: 5461.
I uploaded the photos of the product and the evidence that I own that Brand. I received an email that there is a flaw in my document.
Then I tried to update extra photos and summited but the result from Amazon is “Page not found-The requested URL doesn’t exist. Please check your URL and try again”
I really don’t know what I should do to fix the issue. Please help me resolving it.

Error 5461 means your selling account is not authorized to create new listings for the brand. Your brand registry account may not be linked properly to your selling account.
How long ago was your brand registry approved? Are you entering the brand name EXACTLY as it appears in your brand registry account?
