1. We have already sent the explanation to the hardlines-product-compliance-us, but it was rejected twice.
2. In my appeal, I am contesting the requirement for our product "Magnet" to undergo toy safety testing according to ASTM F963-17. Our product falls outside the scope of this testing standard and the regulations outlined in 16 CFR Part 1262.
3. Firstly, I would like to draw your attention to the definition of a "Subject magnet product" as stated in § 1262.2 Definitions (b) of 16 CFR Part 1262
According to this definition, a subject magnet product refers to a consumer product that is designed, marketed, or intended to be used for entertainment, jewelry (including children's jewelry), mental stimulation, stress relief, or a combination of these purposes, and that contains one or more loose or separable magnets.
4. Our product, "Magnet," is primarily designed and distributed for Kitchen, and industrial users.
It does not fall under the category of products intended for entertainment, mental stimulation, or stress relief.
5. Our product clearly aligns with this exemption since it is solely sold and distributed to the mentioned groups for educational, research, professional, and commercial purposes.
6. Furthermore, it is important to note that our product "Magnet" is not comparable to the examples provided in the regulation, such as magnetic balls/cubes, magnet building tiles, magnet playsets, or magnetic rings fidget. These examples specifically target consumer products designed, marketed, or intended for entertainment, mental stimulation, or stress relief.
7. However, our product does not possess the same characteristics or intended use as the examples provided.
I would like to emphasize that my product does not require the tests requested by Amazon. It is not subject to 16 CFR Part 1262 (Safety Standard for Magnets) because my magnets are not intended for toys, entertainment, or jewelry.
I kindly request a detailed review of my appeal to remove the warning associated with from my account.

I think your appeal needs to be shorter and more succinct. We were able to easily appeal numerous compliance requests using the following:
ASIN __________ does not fall under the definition of a magnet product per CPSC guidelines and does not fall under the Product Category Non Toys Magnets; therefore compliance documents are not required for this ASIN.
- Item measures __ inches H x __ inches L
- Item is a _________ product (whatever type of product yours is)
- Item cannot fit entirely within a small parts testing cylinder
- Item does not have properties that make it "very strong"
- Item is not designed for entertainment
- Item does not contain a loose or separable magnet

I've reviewed your case and per the results of the previous reviews, these products will still require testing as indicated on the Magnet Products help page. The evidence provided does not at this time show the products are not non-toy magnets per this policy.
While I understand that this is frustrating and you can attempt to appeal again with the recommendations provided by @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ you may need to complete testing for 16 CFR Part 1262 (Safety Standard for Magnets) or ASTM F963-17 Section 4.38 (Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety) in order for these products to be reinstated.
