Urgent: Unable to Access Campaign Manager and Amazon Advertisment
I have been trying to access the Campaign Manager for the past few days, but it is not working. Whenever I attempt to access it, I encounter the following error:
"This page isn’t working. advertising.amazon.in redirected you too many times. Try deleting your cookies. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS."
I have already deleted cookies and attempted to log in from multiple devices and browsers, but the issue persists. Additionally, I am unable to access advertising.amazon.in/ to raise a ticket. After selecting the country and brand name, the page either redirects me to a blank page or loops back to the same selection page, preventing me from proceeding further.
When I contacted the Amazon support team, they provided me with a link to raise a ticket, but I am unable to access it due to the same issue. Please assist in resolving this issue at the earliest or provide an alternative method to connect with the support team.
