A-Z Guarantee Claim

I really have no idea about how Amazon reviews the claim.

1. We shipped the package and delivered but package been stolen caused by customer didn't take it in time. Then an A-Z claim, Amazon granted, without return, full refund and impacted ODR.

2. We shipped the package as the address provided by Amazon (customer) but customer said the address was wrong even that was what she input when she ordered. Then an A-Z claim, Amazon granted, without return, full refund and impacted ODR.

3. We shipped the package and delivered. Customer said all her family was handy and assemble the item completely but the item didn't work. We request pictures found that they assemble it in a wrong way but they insist they are correct, the only wrong thing is the item. Then an A-Z claim, Amazon granted, without return, full refund and impacted ODR.

4. Customer assemble our item in a wrong way in purpose, took pictures and send messages, said the item was defective. We sale that item years, found the reason immediately, but she didn't admit. Then an A-Z claim, commented that seller didn't help, Amazon granted, without return, full refund and impacted ODR.

Frustrated but banded hands without nothing to do, just can upload meaningless appeal ( Amazon usually won't accept and sometimes will change the resolution from no impact ODR to impact ODR!). Speechless...
