Hello. I received this letter and wrote a letter to the manufacturer 2 times. But, he doesn't answer. I sent stock photos and a sales receipt to Amazon. They checked and wrote again that I need a letter of permission from the copyright holder. And the owner is not responding. What should I do?

You have to remove this products from your inventory. As long as you do not have a "Letter of authorization" from the brand owner you are not allowed to sell these products on Amazon. You can try on Ebay or elsewhere.

WHY ON EARTH would you send a 'stock photo' and not a real picture of the item in your hand? NOTE -- it would NOT have helped because --

You have a RECEIPT and NOT an invoice. If you were trying to sell whatever it is as NEW that is fraud.

You are doing RA which is a fast-track to account suspension now. TEN YEARS AGO you might have gotten away with it here but not any longer.

If you are crazy enough to ignore everything in the Forum posts about being suspended for doing RA and you think you can convince Amazon with a RECEIPT that you have legitimate merchandise, I STRONGLY suggest that you do a search for the story from June 1, 2023 titled

“Patagonia sues Nordstrom, claiming counterfeit sales at Rack“

To quote parts of it --

“On Tuesday, Patagonia sued Nordstrom in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California Western Division in Los Angeles, alleging the company sold “thousands of counterfeit Patagonia sweatshirts and t-shirts through its Nordstrom Rack stores.””

“The brand alleges “counterfeiting, trademark infringement, unfair competition, dilution, and copyright infringement,” per court documents. In an effort to avoid litigation, Patagonia said it asked Nordstrom to pull the items, to no avail.”

““Not only does this potentially breach trademark and various other laws, it can severely erode customer trust,” he said. “While it can be difficult for off-price players to check all merchandise, it is still the job of buyers to do this. “

Walmart I bought 5 more pieces and sent them for sale.

As you mentioned having purchased 5 units from the brand, I would be less concerned with those documents. I would however look over your Walmart documents. Was the product sold by Walmart or someone selling on Walmart as these appear to be order confirmations from an online order.

If you purchased these from someone just selling on Walmart’s website, you may need to gather supporting evidence of the supply chain and verify they are an authorized distributor.

I would suggest reviewing our supply chain standards help page in seller central for more information on verifying your supply chain to ensure you’re using an authorized distributor.

When you provided the order confirmations, did you receive a follow up response or request for additional information as I suggested?
