Shipping transit times greatly increased

For whatever reason, our account no longer is showing accurate transit times and the order cut off timer. For instance, if we have the package delivering from our location, to our location, is should show the next business day but instead, it's showing 4 days after (Friday).

We have SSA automation enabled and haven't changed anything. Metrics are good. Do anyone know what would cause the delivery dates to increase?

Hello @Seller_sE9696xLy1QaX

Additional time (known as a “promise extension”) may be added to the estimated delivery date that customers see to account for logistical factors that might slow delivery. When a promise extension is added, the customer sees a later date than the “Deliver by” date that you see.

I've been an Amazon seller for many years and always admired their logistics. Not anymore. Since they started with this new system where you have to pay for a delivery option (east, middle, west) have their logistics gone completely to pot . They take forever to acknowledge receipt of a consignment and up to one month to distribute it between the various warehouses. After that, they use USPS to get it to the buyer. It will be much quicker if they leave it at the original warehouse where the consignment was received and then USPS it from there. Within mere days a product will go from the east to the east coast. This new system is a huge step back.
