I can't verifiy my phone number for INFORM Act

Please any help with matter means a lot to me. and Thanks in advance

So I have an issue regards verifying my phone number for INFORM Act, I tried so many times to send the code to my phone but I don't receive it! even though I changed the number still facing the same issue no code was sent to my phone. Now things got worst the send button disappears from the page it only has a call button now which doesn't work at all when I click on it it gives me an error every time saying "Something went wrong", I will attach a screenshot to see the issue.

I live in Morocco & I think that's why I don't receive the code even though the same number was receiving the Amazon OPT codes with no problems.

Please if someone leaves outside the US and had a similar issue please any help will be appreciated :)

For Amazon support I already opened several cases with them without any solution they say sometimes it's because this number is it's an IVR number but it's not, as I mentioned before it's my phone number and I already receiving with it OPT odes without any problems. and sometimes they say just change the phone number & I already did that 3 times but still facing the same problem. and some of them are still pending. and I keep getting emails from Amazon saying that my account will be deactivated if I don't verify my phone number. IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING ISSUE!!

these are some of the case IDs I opened with Amazon: 13048367801, 13241456941, 13292615221.

I hope one of Amazon's assistants can help with this too if possible.

I'm really waiting for any comment that can help and THANKS to you all.

Thank you for providing this information. I understand you are having difficulties when requesting the OTP for your phone number verification in regards to the INFORM Consumers Act.

If the first number you have provided does not work, I suggest looking over the number for accuracy. If it is accurate and you were still not able to successfully receive a call or text message, then I recommend updating the number and attempting to request the verification code.

Do you utilize any type of spam-blocking application? This could prevent a successful call as well.
