Claim was denied. Appeal was denied.

AMZ response was:

Why was my appeal denied?

We have reviewed all available information and have determined that your carrier appears to have lost the package. The tracking information you provided shows no update since 12/03/2024 You may be able to recover the value of any lost items by filing a claim with the carrier.

Tried to open SAFE-T-CLAIM and it states not eligible.

Opened up case ID: 16868395751 but would appreciate a response to why this is even occurring on these claims protected shipments.

Appreciate you taking the time to post here at the forums!

I have reviewed your case and unfortunately in order to be covered by theAmazon Buy Shipping services the order has to ship on time. According to the tracking information, the order was scanned on 12/17 and it was supposed to ship on 12/3.
