Amazon's seller support is the most unhelpful people in reimbursing us the lost shipments we have!!!

We have been asking for Amazon to reimburse us with all the lost shipments we had for the past 6 months and they are really super unhelpful in giving us a reimbursement. I have opened a lot of cases and those seller supports are either just saying the same thing over and over or won't even reply to us!!! Its been 3 months of opening another case ID for atleast 20 of our shipments and thats a lot of money! I hope Amazon could do a better job than this! Please if someone could help us resolve all of this cases. Amazon seller support is getting so terrible in resolving reimbursement issues.

Just a note here. We agree "Amazon seller support is getting so terrible in resolving reimbursement issues." We were left slack jawed after our last call to them. A customer who they refunded received their product and they were so very happy they wanted to pay us for it. Amazon customer service refused to let the customer do that even though the customer got Customer service agreement to do so 3 times. Is that totally insane of what?

I outsource this to Getida - a great platform for handling reimbursements for missing stock. You pay 25% of whats recovered, but if you find the process tricky to deal with they are a great option.

First of all you need to list the case numbers on this post. No case number no help, if you get any from a mod.

It does not do any good to keep opening cases from the same shipments. One and done.

One case per shipment. Don't put multiple shipments on one case.

We had been selling through FBA for 15 years. We dominated the seed packet space. We were one of the first vendors to send seed packets to Amazon for FBA.

Then about two years ago, they went down hill. They received three packages with no product in them, at least they say.

I even sent them the receipt from UPS showing the weights and they matched what was in the boxes.

After claiming I sent empty boxes, we stopped using FBA. Of course there were other reasons as well -- fees, lost stuff, returning stuff too us that had stuff spilled on them and so on.

There is no such thing as "seller support" at Amazon. The people who call themselves "seller support" are simply place holders until the bots are ready to control100% of our businesses.

I have had bad experiences with Seller Support the last couple of months. I have had no deposits for about 15 sold books but they have deducted a $40+ and a $60+ payment from my bank account twice with no stated reasons. Put in a rush help ticket three times to seller support and they said they are all shipping charges. Two books... each costing no more than $10 to ship. One seller support person said it was USPS who charged me the $40+ one because my package size was listed wrong, and that I had to take it up with USPS even though I bought the shipping as I always do, through Amazon. I asked for the detail page where that penalty charge from USPS was listed and oh, they had already closed my case, I would have to open another with more proof. Around and around, I've spent 4 hours so far looking into this and no help from the help people. As far as I see, they deduct my shipping purchases immediately from a buyer's payment and do not stack them and charge me for four or six shipping charges at once, as on help-no help person told me. I have sold 118 personal books (all art books from a collection of over 400) in the last two years and it was only three months ago that this started happening. It is now costing me to list my books with Amazon. I have money showing in the transaction page that is mine, but it just keeps saying it's in deferral and never goes into my account. It is so bad I feel like screaming. I used to love Amazon and have been a customer since the days they started selling college books. Now they are just too big to even interact with a real human being when you need one. And man, have they got issues with their smaller seller accounts.

Same issue here. No resolution. It started in May. Amazon will say overage on 1 asin, and 10 asins say not received. Every shipment has overages and missing units. Amazon claims the missing units were shipped on other shipments that had the overages sometimes 2 months apart. I never had an overage in the previous 12 years. One shipment I shipped. I shipped 10 units of 1 asin, Amazon said I shiped over 1,100 units. Now that number slowly dwindled down to 57. All the replies are preformed responses from that reports that Amazon says is accurate. I had the option to call a few times to the 11 open cases. Twice got a rep in the US they agreed with me there was a problem. They escalated the case and nothing got resolved.

We have had similar problems. Two buyers opened A-Z claims against us, but then wanted to keep the items instead of returning them. Amazon granted the claims right away, and refuse to even look at at our cases where we provided proof that they were fraudulent claims. It's awful. Amazon basically stole over $2000 from us and they don't care.
