Estimated ship times shown to buyers MUCH longer than required ship time, forcing expedited ship methods

We've been having major issues with the estimated delivery date Amazon shows to buyers, they show the buyer a delivery date that is over a week out, yet require us to deliver the order in just a few days.

We have orders going to Maine, FL, GA, TN....all show the buyer a delivery date of March 8-11, yet in our system it says we have to deliver by March 6-7. This is causing major issues in shipping as Amazon is requiring expedited ship methods when the buyer did not order with expedited (or pay for it) nor is it required using the ship dates shown to buyers.

Our on time delivery rate is 99.86% so that should not be an issue...anyone else having this issue? could this be intentional by Amazon to drive more business from FBM to FBA?

Meanwhile we keep getting warnings/violations from Amazon that our shipping charges are too high...lose/lose situation for FBM sellers once again...
