You are asking bar tenders to do brain surgery.
Hire a professional accountant or attorney.
Any advice you get here is worth what you paid for it and taking the wrong path can cost you thousand upon thousands of dollars.
Be aware that if you ever want to grow a successful, long term business on here there is NO EXIT PLAN unless you do it right since Amazon accounts can NOT be transferred.
None of my kids (or grand kids) are interested anyway so it doesn't make much difference but if you grow a legacy business and didn't set it up right the only legacy will be a dead account.
