Is anyone else having trouble buying shipping? This has been happening for about a month now. Cant seem to figure it out. Happens on multiple browsers and shipping is in CM and not LBS.

I am not able to enter a return shipping address because I receive and error that states my name already exists in the system.

My return shipping address is valid and in the shipping options.

So frustrating... Please help.
