Trademark misuse(Fender)

I am selling a product name Fender. It is made of leather and it is part of horse saddle.
Recently one of my listing removed due to Trademark misuse(Fender) because some seller registered their Guitar products under name FENDER
Now amazon wants me to remove the "fender" from title and description .
Product I am selling is known as Fender and no other name for that product.
It is like , I am selling shoe and some phone maker register their product under name shoe .
Amazon protecting them and wants me to remove the "SHOE" from my title and description .
Can someone please help.

Intellectual property is held within high regard on Amazon, as all sellers must follow state, local, and federal laws in addition to Amazon policies. Even when a seller infringes on a rights owner's intellectual property unknowingly, Amazon still takes steps to ensure compliance.
While I understand the word "fender" is what your product it is, it so happens that this is also a trademark which has more than likely been brand registered here.
You will want to either remove this word from your listing entirely, or you can provide proof that this is not a violation of intellectual property policies. This might include you providing pictures of the product and an explanation of your use of this word in a new case submission.

I've had the same stupid problem. Fender is a generic term to describe mud guards in all kinds of industries. I've tried talking to someone that can understand what I'm saying with no luck.
