Customer returned because they used the wrong credit card
I had a customer request a refund under charge not authorized, but then typed that they used their personal credit card instead of business card. I am really hoping Amazon is able to sort that out without a return as we will lose money shipping both ways.
Any suggestions?

I really doubt Amazon will do anything like that. You may be able to file a SAFE-T claim for the return shipping, and if you charge a shipping fee, the outbound shipping if it gets refunded with RFS. It seems you should be able to argue that this wasn't a "Didn't approve purchase", this was instead a buyer who messed up and chose the wrong payment method. I had a similar one where the buyer stated that their employee didn't use a purchase order to make the purchase, and I was able to get refunded the outbound and return shipping on that one since it shouldn't fall on me to absorb the shipping cost loss because their employee failed to follow their workplace rules.

Hello @Seller_IhNgvv168u6C0,
Just wanting to post additional detail regarding the SAFE-T claim referenced by @Seller_DdmPiA1p1S2Wu, as this can be a helpful method when trying to break even on returns but there is certain criteria which you can find here, along with additional steps on filing a SAFE-T claim.
Additionally, considering a restocking fee is something you may want to consider in the future. A restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price; depending on the type of item and its condition upon return (item price does not include shipping costs). Only returned items are eligible for a restocking fee. There is a refund workflow will help you calculate the restocking fee for eligible items. Please take look at the guidelines for restocking fees to determine your eligibility to possibly explore this option.

Buyers will say anything when making a return. File a Safe-T claim when it is returned, asking for:
No Longer Wanted or Needed
outward shipping refund
return shipping refund
20% Restock fee if returned unopened
50% restock fee if returned open
Lately, amazon has been reimbursing us more that the buyer actually paid.

We let them know that they need to return for a refund.
And that Amazon Return Policy will be applied to the order as is appropriate.

Ask customer to place a new order with company card. You confirm shipment with old tracking number, then refund the original order. Of course, not for high value order.

Wouldn't that be something!?

That is why you do not offer FREE shipping because that way you would get your shipping charges back.
