Recieved an intellectual property complaint and never recieved a performance notification
We have submitted and re-submitted the correct information many times and it's getting rejected every time. Normally issues with account health are not a problem, as we are able get them cleared 99% of the time. This one however seems like an issue on Amazon's end. Usually you receive a performance notification letting you know something is wrong in your account health. This one never notified us of anything. On top of that, every time we submit the required information, it gets denied without any notification letting us know it has been denied or to re-submit the information again. Customer support on the phone has no idea how to help us and we are left with an IP complaint sitting in our account health page. It is frustrating to say the least. Hopefully someone, maybe a mod, can provide some advice and help us out. Thanks.

Post the notice you received (redact any personal info).
Perhaps you would like to mention what brand is causing the problem; many brands are gated, and someone might be able to tell you the issue.

The brand is Nike which we've been ungated on for over a year. Notice that below I have posted the response to our submitted documents and not the initial notice because we never received the initial notice like we should have.
"Hello,
We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your listing at this time. To reactivate your listing, please provide any one of the below documents for proving authenticity of your listings:
-- A letter of authorization (LOA) or licensing agreement (LA) from the rights owner indicating that you are authorized to use their intellectual property. You can find the contact information of the rights owner in the listing deactivation communication you have received.
-- An invoice to indicate that your products are original and are not duplicates or copies thereby infringing on the intellectual property.
-- A retraction from the rights owner to be sent to Amazon directly. You can find the contact information of the rights owner in the listing deactivation communication you have received."

And now since Nike is cracking down on unauthorized sellers, you are no longer ungated. You were never authorized to sell Nike products, as Nike does not allow 3rd party sellers.
You will not get approved to sell Nike on Amazon. Reading the forums would have clued you in to this. I've not heard of anyone coming back for IP complaints regarding selling Nike.

Hello @Seller_6fophojxEeBe3,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your received intellectual property complaint.
Regarding the lack of a notification, I have passed your information to the appropriate teams for further review. This team, once they complete their review will follow up via notifications.

When you provided your requested documentation, did you provide a letter of authorization and invoices? Where are you sourcing your products from? Have you reviewed our listed requirements for these types of documentation? You can find invoice requirement in our responsible sourcing help page along with our letter of authorization requirements.
Regarding the request for a retraction, have you attempted to reach out to Nike regarding the situation and complaint? Although, they are unlikely to respond I am also unfamiliar with your association with the brand but this is an option if they are willing to retract their complaint. or if they deem this was done in error.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.

What do you mean "Never asked"? That's what the whole thread is about.
The answer is that Nike is not allowing anyone to sell on Amazon. Period. That's why the OP can't get past the IP complaint.
Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw
That I can't help you with. Perhaps you should start your own thread for that.
But for OP, the fact remains that you can't sell Nike on Amazon; he TOLD us that the complaint was regarding Nike. And Nike has made it very clear that they DO NOT allow their brand to be sold on Amazon. If you purchase your Nike retail, there is a line on the receipt along the lines of "Purchases of Nike products are not for resale purposes". If you're one of the few businesses that actually gets to sell Nike in their B&M, there is a line along the lines of "Authorization to sell Nike products does not extend to internet sales".
There is no "probably" about it. You can't sell Nike on Amazon. There are probably at least a dozen posts a week of people losing their accounts because they sold Nike.
OP is lucky; they still (apparently) have an account; just the listing is deactivated. There is no way forward to reactivate it, as they do not have any of the required documents. Doesn't actually matter who filed the complaint (hint; it's probably Nike), you still can't sell Nike here.

You will need to file a lawsuit against Nike, they are malice and fraudulently reported that you are selling a fake, when they do not have any proof that you did. They are abusing the amazon policy.
And amazon is playing along. Sad.
Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw
If the seller is not authorized (and they're not), then it's not a fraudulent report.
In any IP complaint, it is the responsibility of the seller to provide evidence that the items are legit and authorized. Nike does not need to "prove" that unauthorized sellers are not authorized.
Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw
Just do like everyone else does; order them from Nike's website. Just ignore the part on the site that states that "Purchases are not for resale".
Or go to their outlet stores; you'll get a receipt with the same statement. But no one pays attention to that; at least not until they get caught. But you know that it's okay, so go for it!
