Why is my Amazon account suspended, which I have been selling for 4 months and verified 2 times?

However, on July 31, at 16:37, my same account was suspended. If I get the mail that you can start selling on August 2, why was my account suspended? In addition, with the company I created, I have never made any sales in the Canadian market and I have not listed any products.Since I haven't made any sales or listed products yet, I naturally could not provide documents such as order tracking number, delay information and proof of delivery in the Canadian market. I was only able to send my company and tax documents.

Later, all my marketplaces were closed on August 4 because the account named Agora Online Shopping (the name I used in the Canadian market) was suspended. And the reason is multiple accounts.

I opened all my marketplaces from a single account and there was only capitalization difference. For example, in the Australian market, name was AGORA ONLINE SHOPPING.

Frankly, I was aiming to expand my business and start in the Canadian market, but this process hindered all my business. Because after my account is closed, I receive an e-mail that the documents are approved and I can start selling. In addition, I have been working regularly with my suppliers in other markets for 4 months and all my markets were closed just because I wanted to focus on the Canadian market.

I don't remember all the dates for the video verification clearly because I thought it would email me later, but I'm still waiting. At least, I couldn't understand why my other marketplaces were closed due to multiple accounts, because it is seen in the system that all marketplaces are opened from a single account.
