Unable to sign up for Remote Fulfillment by FBA to sell to MX and CA
On the now-closed forum "ASK AMAZON – Learn about scaling your brand to the EU and beyond", I had asked about selling to MX and CA (Mexico and Canada) using US based FBA inventory. I was told by @Jameson_Amazon that to do this,
"Before being able to connect Mexico and Canada as target marketplaces through BIL to fulfill orders from your US inventory, you will need to enroll MX and CA under Remote Fulfillment with FBA. You can do this in seller central by navigating to Inventory > Marketplace enrollment > Remote fulfillment with FBA."
So I navigate to Inventory > Marketplace enrollment, and guess, what, "Marketplace enrollment" doesn't actually exist. See attachment. I really would like to sell US-based inventory to MX and CA, but can't do as I'm being told.

Inventory -> Marketplace enrollment DOES NOT EXIST, @Jameson_Amazon. So how do I do it???
