Fraud using chargebacks
Buyer is denied by Amazon after submitting a false report that doesn't exist and making a return claim for the product.
Then a chargeback was charged to us for some reason.
On top of that, the supposed criminal purchaser is still stealing.
Support does not do their job!

Hey @New_Gadget,
Usually, our seller performance team sends out an email regarding the reason why the chargeback was placed, you can appeal the decision via your performance notifications.
Were you able to appeal the initial request? With a case ID I could further replicate the issue from my end.
