Brand Registered and approved but "Account not eligible"

CASE ID: 15809815061

Ive had a nightmare trying to get my brand registry approved. Short timeline dating back months ago:

Applied for brand registry with all USPTO paperwork - Denial email in less than 2 minutes

Appealed countless times + Phone assistance from Sellers Central support (because Brand registry department won't talk on the phone) did not help me find the issue at all = Auto-Denied again and again

Opened Case IDs with brand registry team - got bot-like email responses that all seemed like robot scripts on repeat signed by a different name. All my replies to their messages got answered by a different name = Lost the ability to appeal the brand after consecutive attempts to figure it out on my own

Tried adding a "TM" symbol to my brand just to allow me another attempt to do it. = Auto-Denied, same results

FINALLY found that the document I needed to upload was NOT what was in the description (which was never clarified to me from all the "customer support"). = Admin from my company applied and Brand finally got registered

Invite was sent to my account, Accepted invite = Was approved for brand registry

Brand mysteriously DISAPPEARED after a week, nowhere to be found. No record of it.

Re-applied through the same process = Brand was approved again within 2 days

However my account was not allowed the invitation this time. Upon my digging, my account has been blocked from brand registry altogether: "Account not eligible right now - You are not eligible for brand registry at this point. We reserve the right to decline requests where we have identified that your account has either been involved in abusive conduct on our website or you are related to an account that was used for such abusive conduct."

Irony is: I am the OWNER of the brand, the trademark itself is in MY NAME (Same as my seller's account), and I have been blocked from it....

I've opened a case and am getting bot-like responses again from brand registry. I'm delayed from my launch about a month now, lot's of money down the drain, and not a fan of selling on Amazon already and it's my first product. Totally demoralizing process via customer support, which has only been a blockade, not a "support" in the least.

HELP!! (an ulcer has formed from this terrible process)

Thanks for the case ID and all the detail in your post. I have already submitted an escalation to get further clarification on this.

I have a few other questions while that escalation is in flight.

  1. Are you working with anyone else? Is there another entity or account that attempted to enroll this brand? For example, you said the admin from your company was able to get the brand registered, was that done under your account or a different one?
  2. Can you provide me a case ID for the brand getting being enrolled in Brand Registry?
  3. It looks like your Seller Central account DOES have access to this brand. Can you confirm? (In the brand menu, click on any of those options (like Brand Analytics) and you will see the brand in a drop down)

Please let me know about the questions above and I can add to my escalation as necessary. I will also provide an update as soon as I have one.
