Replacement & Exchange raised by buyers are continuous turning fraud they are returning random articles against my products. Fraud activity has risen since 2 month on my account. request an check.
There should be proper check on DA while he is picking the packet its 1/3rd of the weight that has been delivered still pasting level of same weight which was delivired. No proper check is been happening while pickup.
This is hampering the potential earning of seller. I have chosen portal like Amazon to earn by by this gap its hampering the growth.

I can tell most of these fraud orders are coming from Jaipur Rajasthan.

90 % case done by courier boys they steal the product and give to customer and keep money in their pocket mark packet returned all loss to seller

There is no hope on Amazon
They will not even grant your claims.
It is better to switch to Flipkart and best option is to make your own website and sell there.

agree, unnecessary demand of returned ,and sending wrong items ,customers are really making we seller sick as they are not penalized ,if they will be charged with some amount ,its really a game changer

YES IT IS TRUE . I SUPPLY BOOKS ON AMAZON BUT BUYER RETURNED IT AND SEND DIFFERENT BOOKS . SO REQUEST AMAZON TO TAKE STRICT ACTION ON THIS ISSUE . .
