Buyer is using freight fowarder address, can we cancel order?
Nice and easy question. When I see a buyer using a freight forwarder shipping address, are we able to cancel the order without being pinged for it?
I need a concrete answer - currently have a buyer whose doing a ton of fraud (multiple purchases then a-z claims with not returning the item back and winning the claims). He pretended to return the item using the Amazon UPS return label (but did not add the label so it ended up being returned back to him) and because he did this, I realized hes actually in Canada (we're in the US) and he has had me ship all his items to an address in the US that, when searched, is a freight forwarding company.

If you ship with delivery confirmation or signature required you should be safe.

Amazon won't be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that Amazon isn't able to provide a replacement or a refund for any shipment taken outside of the U.S. by hand-carrying or using a freight forwarding service. If ordering from Amazon.com to deliver to a U.S shipping address, you should refuse the delivery of these goods if they arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same.
