Warehouse Transfer - Never Arrived
Amazon transferred five of my items out of one warehouse and they never arrived at any other warehouse. I have opened a case but the associates are clueless - they admit that there is a discrepancy of 5 units for my inventory but "[5] unit(s) have been received at destination FC. Therefore, no reimbursement is required."
They also tell me to check my Inventory Ledger but the Ledger clearly shows that my items never arrived at a warehouse (see attached). Are there any moderators that are able to look at this and help? @Dominic_Amazon@Bryce_Amazon@Jameson_Amazon
May 12: 5 items transferred out of ORF2. 5 items arrived to MEM1 on May 14
May 17: 5 items transferred out of MEM1.
June 13: 2 items transferred out of SWF2. 2 items arrived to ROC1 on June 15.
June 25: 20 items transferred out of RDU2. 20 items arrived to MQJ1 on June 26.
June 28: 20 items transferred out of MQJ1. 20 items arrived to MDW4 on June 28.
June 29: 1 item transferred out of MDW4. 1 item arrived to MKE2 on June 29.
July 9: 1 item transferred out of MDW4. 1 item arrived to DSM5 on July 9.
July 9: 1 item transferred out of MDW4. 1 item arrived to MKE1 on July 9.
July 14: 1 item transferred out of MDW4. 1 item arrived to IND1 on July 14.
July 15: 1 item transferred out of IAH1. 1 item arrived to CHA1 on July 19.

Are you able to request an investigation via the Contents tab of your shipment? If you haven't done so already, I would highly recommend doing so now. For more information on requesting an investigation, please read through this help page.
