Amazon Sellers Destroyed my Small Business and Keeps Sending Me Hundreds of FBA returns When I've Asked Them to Stop
Amazon flagrantly suspended my account over a policy violation. Of course, they would not tell me what policy I broke, or how I broke it, and required me to provide proof. My business and product was built and designed explicitly for sale on Amazon, and complied with all policies. It was their own confusion and unfamiliarity with the product; they did not understand enough to know whether it broke their own policies.
Now, 6 months later, Amazon has sent me many hundred of return packages, and charged me many hundred of dollars, for about 100 inventory in a tiny .5” bag that sold for about $4.99. I have asked them many times to stop sending me any more FBA inventory that was stranded due to them shutting down my account. I cannot make any changes to my account because it is lost. I cannot open any new cases or contact Amazon in any way. They continue to send hundred of packages at random times to my house, and charging like $7 shipping for each box.
For any other small business owners on here, I would ask you to proceed with caution, there is not easy way to stop selling with Amazon once you start. It was a horrible decision I made to sell with them.
All I want is for them to stop send FBA inventory to my house many, many months after my account has been closed, and stop randomly charging me large sums of money for shipping.
