AZ award claim where Buyer returns WRONG item
hello order number is 113-0166349-5881824 for the below AZ where we got scammed by a Buyer who used the product and then returned it as 'damaged' after he cut a hole in it, is below
Buyer raised AZ saying product was defective
however Buyer then admitted in messages that he ordered the wrong item, and used it anyway.
buyer admitted he forced too big item into small bag. this is BUYER ERROR - he purchased the wrong item - and then used and destroyed the item.
also, buyer claim that cut was caused by surfboard fin cannot be true.
1. location of cut is on outside of the bag - if fin made the cut it would be on inside of the bag
2. location of cut is too high up the bag to be from a fin - the fin location is right down tail end of the bag
basically buyer has used the bag, damaged it, and then filed an incorrect AZ claim saying the bag was faulty.
the fact the buyer cut the bag is not equal to faulty! 🤦♂️
how can AZ not see this as Buyer scam?
we followed all our obligation and supplied a top quality product.
the Buyer ordered the wrong size product, used the product anyway, destroyed it, then filed AZ
surely this Buyer needs to be banned, and Seller should not be out of pocket??
we have photos to prove the used and ruined state of the bag when returned.....but do you think AZ could give a care....
