Is there a way I can get more detailed information as to why a SAFE-T claim was denied?
As the subject says, I'm tryin got get more information on as to why a SAFE-T claim keeps getting denied. Is there a contact I can get more information from? Buyer returned the wrong item, I've taken detailed images and have written a detailed description, yet it keeps getting denied. What more could they possibly want?
I have summitted 75 SAFE-T claims in the last month and I break my back to jump through all the hoops. 87% of my claims are granted and I work hard to keep that number up, but I hate jumping through all the hoops just to get denied and then not really know what I'm doing wrong.

In my experience, they can be very picky about the pictures. Are you including ones of the return shipping label, return packaging, and the product outside of any packaging?
