For example: The shipment FBA18VBZK7ZQ has been delivered to the warehouse for nearly 1 week and has not been updated yet;
It seems that every time the shipment sent to this warehouse is so slow

Please be reasonable. One week is nothing. It would in fact be high speed if a warehouse would receive and check in in one weeks. Is this your first shipment?

It's more like 6-8 weeks on average.
Get used to to having your capital tied by Amazon when and if they receive it, trans-ship, take their time to fully receive it at final destination, then moving on hopefully to the phase where your item gets sold and money is tied up by Amazon for standard orders 14 days, or Invoiced orders (business) for 30 days.
If the item is returned by customer after use: an additional 59 days, until you are able to issue a removal order, that can take up to 8 weeks on average to make it's way back to you.
To sum it up: you have be prepared for your capital to be tied up for 4-6 months, just for the privilege of selling on the Amazon platform.

I am so frustrated. My shipment delivered to PBI3 for three weeks now. There is only one box check in and the other still not ,We do not know what's the matter ?

Crap. I was worried something like this would be happening. I have 3 shipments on the way to this place that are taking way too long to get there considering the location is literally 4 hours from me.
Now I see why.
Is this place even operational?
