Assistance Required for Tax ID Number Verification (In Progress)
Hello,
I recently received a notification from Amazon requesting me to update the Business Address and Tax ID Number (In Progress) sections in my account to avoid deactivation.
Here is what I have done so far:
Business Address:
I updated my business address as requested.
I received a verification code at the provided address, entered the code, and successfully completed the process.
Tax ID Number:
In the Tax ID Number section, I noticed two options: Business and individual.
Since I am an individual seller, I selected the individual option and entered my Tax ID (Citizenship Number).
I then uploaded a copy of my national ID card for verification.
Currently, the Tax ID Number status has been showing as "In Progress" for approximately one week.
Could you please clarify the following:
How long does the verification process usually take?
Have I followed the correct steps for submitting the Tax ID information as an individual seller?
