Silver Jewellery Category Approval
Hi,
We are trying to get silver jewellery approval from Amazon but they have declined our request with following reasons:
-- You have provided a Silver Purity Certificate that is not issued by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). You must provide a Silver Purity Certificate that is issued by BIS. For more information, you can refer to the BIS website:
-- You must provide a certificate that includes your business information as shown in Seller Central.
We have already submitted 10 BIS Hallmark certificates and Purchase Invoices.
Plz help us as what else they require. There is no way to call the Category Approval Team.

the fix is that you have to list those 10 items of which purity certificates you are providing and it will be approved easily. i faced the same issue and the employees couldnt understand what i was asking them half of the amazon employees dont know anything.
just list those 10 items and you are good to go

Hello, I have submitted all the required documents like testing certificate for 10 products etc, I have listed only 1 product and submitted the certificate against it. Pls let me know if I have to list 10 products and then reshare the same certificate. Amazon support team is unable to answer this and they always send a standard reply.
