OEKO-TEX certified and Customer says it is not certified
I got my ASIN certified by the Climate Pledge Friendly program for the OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
A customer left a negative review stating that the product is not certified because it did not have a label attached that said OEKO-TEX certified but the product is certified and it has been certified by amazons climate pledge friendly program which has given the product the certification badge.
Amazon now sent me an email stating that they are going to check the product and may suspend it even though the product is already enrolled in the Climate Pledge Friendly Program with an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification.

I've reviewed the ASIN and it appears that the primary issue wasn't the registration of the product but the possibility of missing required labeling. However the team reviewed your ASIN and the product appears to be reinstated and the products were identified to have the appropriate labeling.
