I need to know where can i escalate my situation . Please share if you know where can i get this case to be looked at with deep dive .
Countless appeals , video verifications , all required evidences etc but Amazon still doesnt give a clear response what exactly i have been doing not right . I do have all the evidences they required but no body is helping but just copy paste replys from the teams . This is not really fair ! Latest notification i got is as below and i havent done anythin similar as they mentioned ,
"Thank you for your appeal. After reviewing the information, we have decided that your seller account will remain deactivated as in accordance with Section 3 of "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement". Ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue.
Why did this happen?.
We have taken this measure on your account as we believe that your account or other related accounts operated by you may have been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
How do I appeal this decision?

Amazon has grown beyond management capacity. There are so many modules on Seller U that simply do NOT get updated when policies change. In addition, and this drives even very experienced sellers here crazy, Amazon will NEVER give you or anyone else a straight forward answer and clear language. EVERYTHING is nuanced on purpose.
The reason is so that they can never be held down in court to the point where "your rules say xzyc" and a plaintiff would win on that CLEAR language. They always have wiggle room to decide what they want to do.

Here are some of the many possibilities for the wording “involved in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity”
Friends or family have purchased from you and left reviews or feedback for you
Friends or family have purchased from your competition and left negative reviews or feedback for them
You have attempted to change brand names and / or titles in existing listings
You have listed products that are not allowed
You have listed products in wrong categories to get around restrictions
You have marked order shipped or printed labels for certain days, but did not actually ship them on the dates indicated
You have had communications with buyers, such as feedback solicitation marked as another reason for contact, that wasn't allowed
and many more
Additionally, as Amazon continues to strengthen their restrictions, anything that you have even created an ASIN for (to 'test' to see if it could be listed) but never sold can be seen as an attempt to skirt their rules. NEVER create an ASIN unless you already meet these requirements --
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK?

There can be a number of situations surrounding this type of notice. This may be related to another account or this one in particular. Can you post your original deactivation notification from seller central? There is usually some phrasing surrounding verifying you or your inventory and in some situations both. Depending on the phrasing different requirements may arise.
Verifying you and your business:
- Government issued ID, font and back in color
- Utility bill meeting our requirements in the seller identity verification help page.
- We may occasionally require a bank or credit card statement.
Surrounding your inventory:
- Invoices for all lists in manage inventory, including ASIN that have not been sold.
- If branded ASIN were listed, we may require a letter of authorization or license agreement issued by the brand or rights owner.
- We may request additional documentation for verification if needed.
