Freight Forwarder Fraud

About a year ago we received an order, it was shipped to a freight forwarder. A return was opened after delivery and the freight forwarder sent us back a broken unit with a different serial number about a month after the return request was approved. We eventually were able to get reimbursed by Amazon, by citing their freight forwarder return policy here on the forums for the mods to escalate.

20 days ago we received another order from this buyer and shipped it to the same freight forwarder. Today another return was opened (same return reason as the first order they placed: "Bought by mistake"), we expect to receive another defective and materially different item back. Just making this post pre-emptively to receive some help from a mod.

Love the proactive aspect but unfortunately we are going to have to wait until the return gets delivered to your desired address. Please post here once you have received the return.
