As a Pakistani seller, I operate with a virtual bank account due to the way Amazon functions in Pakistan, particularly through hyperwallet. However, I'm facing a challenge with Amazon's request for a virtual account statement, as I am unsure about how to proceed.

I am seeking guidance on what documents to upload for this requirement. Unfortunately, I do not possess a virtual bank account statement, and I am uncertain about the process to obtain one. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in navigating this situation.

I have signed up with the same details and now they are not accepting that hyperwallet document, from which i signed up. Please help.
