I have been trying to find an answer to this for almost a year now and seller central has NEVER given me DETAILS on why my product is restricted-- just that it is. I would love to know if I can dispute this, but getting details about the reason behind the restriction is important! I have a children's game that has been safety tested for Canada. Any advice?? Thank you!!

This is strictly a wild guess, and likely wrong, but gotta ask:
Are you authorized to sell this product in both US and Canada? If this is a big brand with many subsidiaries, do both countries even fall under the same subsidiary?
