Return items not receving back

Hi Amazon team,

1.Why our return items are not delivered back to us (sellers).

2. Without delivering without sharing OTP out return completed. Flipkarts return delivery system is much better and efficient in compering.what customer returns same seller get back the shipments.

3. After completing the return window of 50 days when we file Safe-T claim it's becomes always rejected. Saying you are not eligible or it's not product is not eligible.

4.if we file any safe T claim on a customer return ,LIKE we deals in sports in place of a return football we delivered a book of 10th class science. When file claim its says you already file a claim.

Or we send to customer thousands of rs items they didn't come back to us customer return the product saying it's different what they orders lor no longer needed. but they never came to us 😔 😔 😔

5. Top of the most why it is a single or one way communication channel for sellers. Why we can not get answers of our queries. Either call or mail or Chat system any kind of. We feels total helpless on Amazon seller system.
