Unable to change bank account information
Below is the ss from our bank account that we have been using for over 2 years! It belongs to our company called White Tulip Trading Corporation. I am unable to verify this bank account because when I click on Verify, Amazon only allows me to choose myself or my company in United Kingdom as the account owner. When I checked the Legal Entity part of my account, I was shocked to see that AMAZON DELETED MY US COMPANY INFORMATION AS THE LEGAL ENTITY AND REPLACED IT WITH MY COMPANY IN THE UK!
This is a ridiculous software glitch. Seller support is useless. Anyone has any idea about how to get this fixed?

The system is automatically taking always the name you used WHEN CREATING YOUR SELLER ACCOUNT.
Amazon's TOS say that a seller account cannot be transferred and the AI is thinking that your US company is not the rightful owner of this seller account but your UK company or you as private UK person, since this entity created that seller account.
There are some people answering in the forum that it's NO problem to change "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". Yes, it's no problem till the moment when the system is asking a re-verification.
In my eyes you can do nothing about it - but WHO am I to give you a valuable answer?
In such cases the OP is always thinking that she is right and all others included seller support are wrong.
BTW: since this IS your bank account, does it bother you to get the money to a UK account?
