Invoice with Same name but different Billing address

hello

If we have invoice from the brand in our own name but the billing address is different than the one that we are using in seller central verification, can this type of invoice acceptable to amazon for section three authenticity verification problems? I have two cards in my name but both have different billing addresses. Thank you

Section 3 is code of conduct. Sellers that get suspended or deactivated for section 3 are up to shenanigans like fraud or faking documents.

These things are more nuanced than the policy states. Amazon systems will take into account your visable and hidden seller account metrics and history, the product category, the product brand, the product listing details, & competition on the product ASIN when determining when to require invoices from a seller. Invoices are best directly from the brand/manufacturer with your seller account details matching.

Of course some variances are not a deal breaker. Shipping and billing addresses are flexible as businesses send to and bill from locations other than the business address.

The "cards" should really be in the business name and have the current business address. But I doubt it will be an issue.

Many suspensions list "section 3" in it. That is the section in the ASBSA that relates to suspension.

The next paragraph is what gives your specific issue, which in your case is "Authenticity."

Invoices require specific information on them to get approval and it has to match your Seller Account info. I've written about that in these forums often, but here's one - Post (linked text)

What about the shipping address on the invoice?

Somehow you have to get your addresses matched up, or they won't likely be accepted.
