Brand Approval Declined Despite Branding Being Permanently Affixed
I got the 5665 error code when trying to add my product. After submitting my images & application I got:
"Regarding your concern, we regret to inform you that the provided images do not pass the validation. In order for us to further look into the issue, provide the necessary images that satisfy the below criteria:
- Branding is permanently affixed on the packaging, the product, or both."
This is doesn't make sense to me since my picture that I held with my hand on top of a plain white table contains:
1. a box to protect product that has my brand label on top & bottom side with professional label permanently attached
2. the smaller bag that holds the product has my brand permanently printed on the bag itself
Please help. Case: 14443469941

Hello @Seller_Ma9ewXZnQZshZ- thanks so much for posting this situation for our forums community! I took a look through that Case ID and wanted to also share this terrific post from @Sandy_Amazonfrom earlier this year which dives deep into permanently affixing brand names and includes some helpful tips on getting pictures approved. That post does mention that stickers are not a form of permanent affixation as they can be removed or altered. Let me know if you have any additional questions after reading through!
I also wanted to let you know that I removed the URL included in your comment as external URLs cannot be posted to the forums per our Community Guidelines.
I appreciate your understanding!
