How to help with Invoice Request from Amazon Customer
Buyer's often send a message requesting an Invoice for their order. Amazon provides this feature to retrieve an invoice for their order but often the order hasn't shipped so it's not available. In this case I have a buyer saying the invoice is corrupted. How can I assist with this request when Amazon's site provides this to them? Do I tell them to call customer service instead or is this really something I can help with?
Anyone know how to handle this request?

I had a customer ask for an invoice for an old sale yesterday. Their option to get one directly from amazon was broken. We came to the conclusion it was possibly another amazon glitch. The buyer has contacted buyer support, and is waiting while AZ investigates.
If nothing comes from that, I will put togther an invoice for the buyer with the purchase details. As an occasional AZ buyer I can see what invoice info is normally provided.
