Valid Tracking rate if 45% | All tracking ids are valid
We ship using multiple couriers and the tracking ids of DTDC couriers are not reflecting in amazon, the valid tracking id is showing as 45% but when I download the VTR file all the tracking ids are valid and delivered, only few tracking ids were having issues. I have raised multiple cases in amazon support, but now our payments are put on hold.
