Accout Inactive and I cannot get a Support!!!!!
When logging into my Amazon Seller Account, I get an "Inactive Account" banner. It explains, "You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated." I went in and added another credit card and it still is not working.. Don't know how i can have an inactive account when I have multiple products listed as well as 3 different advertising campaigns that are live right now. Can someone from amazon please help get this issue resolved ASAP!!!!
